Returns Policy

Our products are handmade and therefore can not be refunded or exchanged. All sales are final. No cancelations. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exceptions apply:

  • Address Validation - The buyer is responsible to provide a valid shipping address. If an incorrect or insufficient address is provided, the shipment will be returned to our facilities. The buyer is responsible for the forwarding costs once the address has been confirmed.
  • Damaged products - Buyer will have ten (10) days upon order delivery to contact us about damaged or broken products. Claims should include damaged product descriptions, pictures, and order number. Claims should be submitted by emailing us at vsotorosa@dev.mundiallure.com with the Subject CLAIM_Date. The product should be shipped back within 30 days upon delivery. Once the product has been received and evaluated replacement or refund will be processed.

Shipping Policy

All products are handmade on-demand. Shipping will be conducted within 5 to 10 days after the order is completed. Once the order was been shipped, the buyer will receive tracking information in the email provided. All orders are considered delivered when postal service marks tracking as delivered.

Shipping restrictions apply to Puerto Rico and the United States

  • Lost or stolen packages - Mundi Allure is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the postal service confirms tracking as delivered we will proceed to close the order. If the order is lost, the buyer may contact us to confirm the shipping address and tracking number. The buyer will be responsible to commence a claim with the postal office at the local USPS distribution center.
